Physiotherapy Appointments

Physiotherapy aims to increase comfort, reduce pain, manage chronic conditions such as Osteoarthritis, strengthen the musculoskeletal system, improve performance and rehabilitate the body after injury or surgical procedures.

  • Initial assessment - includes taking a full history, static and dynamic gait assessment, full body palpation and full treatment. These sessions take approximately 1hr.

  • Follow up sessions - includes catching up on progress and/or areas of concern since the last appointment, static and dynamic gait assessment, full body palpation and a full treatment. These sessions take approximately 45mins.

Electrotherapy sessions - Starting from £40

Equine exercising (Lungeing, Long Reining and schooling) - £30

*Prices are based on clients who are within a 20 mile radius from RH10, this includes areas in Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex and Kent. Areas outside of the 20 miles radius are also covered but will include a travel charge depending on distance from RH10. Please enquire for specific pricing.

Treatment Modalities

  • Physiotherapy sessions predominantly involve the use of manual techniques such as massage, myofascial release, trigger point release, joint mobilisations and stretches. I also have a number of electrotherapy modalities that I use for cases that require them. These include;

    • Pulsed Magnetic Field Therapy (PMFT)

    • Red Laser Therapy

    • Red and Blue light Phototherapy

    • Long Wave Ultrasound

    • TENS

    • Thermotherapy

    • H-wave

    • INDIBA Radiofrequency

After care

All clients will be emailed a full report of the session along with any stretches and exercise prescription to carry out before the next session.

I always encourage my clients to send me photos and videos in-between sessions to show both improvement and areas they are struggling with.
